Old debt – Enforcing a judgment, unlocking cash.
Following the successful collection of a recent debt for a new client of ours, they then dug out details of an older debt which had previously been dealt with by a different debt recovery company who they were using before us. They asked us if there was anything we could do with that old debt too.
We found the debt had a judgment that had been issued in the wrong name and hence never enforced. We manged to ascertain the correct business entity, trace and contact the debtor and reach a settlement for our client. Payment was achieved without the need for litigation.
